Extra costs and services

All the prices include:
linen, towels, table and dish clothes, electricity, gas, water, use of the laundry equipments, use of the BBQ(woods), use of the swimmingpool, baby cot and roller bed for children. Hair-dryer available in each of the apartments.

The prices don't include:
final cleaning, euro 60 for casa Acqua; euro 50 for Casa Ocra; euro 30 for Ametista and Terra.
if the central heating is being used, there is an additional charge as the follow:
Eur 1,80 per hour for Acqua and Ocra;
Eur 0,80 per hour for Terra and Ametista.

Reservation policies

The minimum rental period is one week from Saturday to Saturday, except other arrangements that must be agreed with the owners in advance.
Once the booking confirmation is received the holiday-renter authorizes EASY RESERVE, on behalf of the owner/agency, to charge his/her credit card (VISA or Mastercard) with an amount equal to 40% of the total rental price, plus 30 Euros as booking fee and to charge the same card with the remaining balance within the 45th days before the arrival.

Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher.
For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.

Check in is Saturday from 4 pm to 7 pm , check out must be until 10 am

CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT FEES:
For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking. Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid: 40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.

Availability
